I went in for a chiropractic adjustment, but ended up getting SO much more! Dr. Jurjens patiently explained what was going on and what she was doing to remedy my neck and back pain, and then showed me some exercises I could do on my own to further treat my problems. Then she also got me a great deal on a massage, with a therapist that she recommended for me. The whole time, I felt no pressure to buy more services like in the other chiropractors I have visited, but instead, felt like she was most interested in my well being. After recently moving to Dallas, I felt inspired to finally book my first professional massage and chiropractic adjustment. While browsing Groupon, I came across Connected Health. The reviews stood out, so I decided to give it a try.

After making the purchase, I received a couple of duplicate messages, but nothing excessive or bothersome. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted immediately and given a brief overview of the setup, which felt welcoming and set a great tone from the start. I was seen by Dr. Jurjens within minutes of arriving.

Before taking X-rays, I was asked about what I had been experiencing. After the scans, Dr. Jurjens explained what was going on in a way that was informative and easy to understand—conditions I hadn’t heard of or seen before. It had been a long time since I’d visited a doctor, so I truly appreciated the time and clarity provided. We also went through a few movement tests to identify any restrictions. At the time, I had stiffness and soreness on one side of my neck due to sleeping incorrectly.

We moved right into the adjustments. I was definitely caught off guard by the first one, but most of the adjustments felt amazing. Once I stood up, I immediately felt lighter, and the soreness in my neck had noticeably improved. After that, I had my massage with Kelvin, which was another great experience. The conversation was enjoyable, and while some areas were tender, that was completely understandable.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. I don’t have chronic pain that requires frequent visits, but I would absolutely return for another adjustment and professional massage. I truly appreciated my experience here....more

I was seeing a different chiropractor when I found Connected Health through Groupon. The price was reasonable so I said, "I'll give it a try" Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, bc of the Groupon discount, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was made to feel so welcomed. I was given a tour and had a lot of the things available to patients explained to me by the receptionist before she did X-rays.
This stellar treatment was followed up by Dr. Jurjens pleasantly professional approach to educating you prior to adjusting. Niiiiice touch! The adjustment, itself, was incredible with Dr. Jurjens adding her next level expertise to assuring the best possible outcome. I left feeling lighter and more relaxed then I had in a while. And, Kelvin, the massage therapist was great,too.

Dr. Alyssia really helped us with the our all over body pain that we suffered from. She also helped with our son who had issues with falling down suddenly. Dr. Mike is great!
I started seeing Dr. Mike just a couple of months ago - my hip was in constant pain and I had shooting pains down the back of my legs. After taking initial x rays, he sat down with me to create, explain, and teach to me what our corrective plan was going to be moving forward. I felt relief quickly and I am now happy to say it has now been weeks since I have had either issue!
